King Of Kings

Yes, Jesus modeled what a servant leader should look like. Yes, Jesus did not claim what He could have claimed when He came the first time. However, the next time He comes, there is no doubt Who is in charge and what role Jesus will forever claim. Kneel and surrender to Him today!

Born To Rule

All authority and rule are on His shoulders. Jesus’ birth was history, but His rule came from eternity. This Deity in diapers will one day forever rule His kingdom.

 

Key Phrase: “the government will be on his shoulders.” Isaiah 9:6

Secure Confidence

Confidence is everything! It lifts our head, our spirit, and our hopes. Confidence is attractive and contagious. Confidence is addictive and life-giving. John shows us how to be confident in our faith in Jesus.

Our Truth Sensor

Don’t believe everything you see or read. We need to filter everything through the prism of God’s truth to determine what is accurate or inaccurate. Thankfully, we have our own Truth Sensor in the Holy Spirit!

 

Key Phrase: “This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the 

spirit of falsehood.” 1 John 4:6

Our Inner Radar

Taking our eyes off Jesus will cause us to drift away spiritually, every time. Today, we are hearing stories after stories of Christians who have deconstructed their faith. But were their eyes focused on Christ of focused on people, programs, church, or problems in life. Satan will use anything to tempt us to walk away from Jesus. 

 

Key Phrase: “I am writing these things to you about those who are trying to 

lead you astray.” 1 John 2:26

Remember Your Identity

Our identity begins and ends with Jesus. Growing in Him will help us purify ourselves to make Jesus proud. Satan will use every trick in the book to lead us astray. 

 

Key Phrase: “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God.” 1 John 3:1

Avoid Deconstructing your faith

Taking our eyes off Jesus will cause us to drift away spiritually, every time. Today, we

Show Me The Love: Love Me... Love Me Not

John tells us an old command about how and who to show God’s love to. 

John then gives a new command of what NOT to love.
