About the series: Following the baseball analogy, parents (and grandparents) have 4 clearly defined roles in scripture. These 4 roles need to be taken seriously and applied consistently. If this happens, the child and the adults will be blessed beyond measure!

About this week's message: Umpires are a needed and necessary part of the game. You can have the most beautifully marked chalk lines on the field, but they are meaningless if they are not enforced. The best umpires have a few distinct attributes that cause them to stand out among their peers and be highly respected by the players. These attributes make the best parents too!
