About this week's message: God is with us when we choose to travel into the wilderness. The wilderness is a metaphor for wandering, loneliness, or going off course. This can happen to anyone for a variety of reasons. But God is with us nonetheless, gently calling us back.

About this week's message: God is with us in the drought seasons of our lives. Droughts are a metaphor for trials, hardship, and wandering. God is with us when we don’t have the resources we need. However, God seems to show up in the most unusual ways to provide for us!

About this week's message: Our human tendency is to be all about ME & MINE. What God wants from us is to be about YOU and YOURS, Lord! Jesus sacrificed himself to show us how much we are worth to Him. God-glorifying worship involves sacrifice to demonstrate how much worth the Lord means to us.

This Week: Worshipping God is not passive but active. It requires not only a reaction of the heart but some sort of physical response. Whether it’s our heart and/or our body, the picture of worship is of one who is bowing down.

This Week: Just as the moon is not the source of light, only the reflection of it, we are all mirrors and will reflect praise and worship upon something or someone. Each worship path leads to a throne. You’re going to give God’s breath to something or someone.

This Series: 1 Peter is written to Gentile believers living in a hostile, pagan culture. Peter points believers to the HOPE they have in the midst of their suffering that is fueled by the HOPE of the return of Christ.
This Week: Peter closes his letter with a gentle admonition to church leaders. The lowest leverage of leadership is one’s title. Too often, ministry leaders “lord” over their ministry out of selfishness, pride, or arrogance. Instead, godly leadership humbly and lovingly serves the flock for God’s glory, not their own.
Key Phrase: “Eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you.” 1 Peter 5:3

This Series: 1 Peter is written to Gentile believers living in a hostile, pagan culture. Peter points believers to the HOPE they have in the midst of their suffering that is fueled by the HOPE of the return of Christ.
This Week: Believers, especially today, need to stop worrying about the wicked and start looking at their own behavior and motives behind the behavior and live in a way that is pleasing to the Lord. Suffering for righteousness is better than suffering for stupidity. It’s time for the “Church” to take a healthy check in the mirror!
Key Phrase: “For it is time for the judgment to begin with God’s household.” 1 Peter 4:17

This Week: Anyone can repay evil with evil. However, living the Alien Life will cause believers to repay evil with blessing. This type of behavior will send shockwaves of blessing to those who witness it.
Key Phrase: “On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called to so that others may inherit a blessing.” 1 Peter 3:9
